Year One helped you recognize God's voice, take risks and grow in confidence. The Leadership Cohort is for the next movement: learning to carry responsibility, serve people well and create space for others to flourish.
You will remain part of The Empowered Life while joining a smaller, more focused environment for training, practice, feedback and discernment. This is not a shortcut to a platform. It is a pathway of formation.

Deeper Spirit Café team leadership, prophetic development and a guided Sozo training pathway, with the exact scope explained before enrollment.
Supervised ministry practice
Grow through supported opportunities such as Spirit Café Expos, accountability-group leadership and team-based ministry practice.
Invitation into greater responsibility
Private guest sessions and consideration for appropriate leadership or ministry opportunities as readiness, character and confidence develop.
Possible ministry exposure may include Spirit Café Expos, Harvest Online Church and selected revival ministry settings. Opportunities are by invitation, not purchased, and depend on readiness and pastoral discernment.

Is the additional half-hour private mentoring?
No. It is an intimate group leadership lab for the accepted cohort, held immediately before the regular Empowered Life session.
Does the price include the regular Year Two mentorship?
Yes. Your Leadership Cohort enrollment includes continued participation in The Empowered Life, so there is no separate $1,997 renewal payment.
Are preaching and ministry opportunities guaranteed?
No. The cohort creates a pathway to be trained, observed and considered. Any invitation will depend on readiness, character, safeguarding requirements, the needs of the ministry and pastoral discernment.
Will the Sozo training make me a certified practitioner?
The information meeting will explain exactly what training is included and what recognition, if any, it carries. The page does not promise an external certification or release.
What if I only want to continue in the main mentorship?
You can renew at your protected founding-member rate of $1,997 paid in full or 12 payments of $197 while you remain continuously enrolled and the program continues in its current format.
